Read more to find out how residential or commercial services can get you back on track.
If you're remodeling your kitchen, converting a garage, or upgrading your HVAC system, you’ll need to think about how those choices affect your wiring and panel capacity. Efficient homes run best when the electrical system is designed with energy use in mind. Many homes are now installing solar panels, EV charging stations, and high-efficiency appliances, but if the infrastructure isn’t there, those tools can’t perform at their peak. You can actually end up damaging equipment or dealing with tripped breakers constantly. An electrical service in Morgan Hill increasingly includes retrofitting for new tech. A smart remodel begins with a conversation between the homeowner and the electrician. What are your energy goals? How many devices will run at once? Is this system scalable for future tech? Electricians in Morgan Hill are best suited to design a system that saves money over the long haul. Don’t settle for bare-minimum code compliance. A quality system should support your goals, not limit them.

PrintI am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service I recently received from your company. From my initial phone call to the completion of the repair, every aspect of the experience was exemplary. The representative I spoke with was not only incredibly helpful in scheduling an appointment promptly – my kitchen outlet had inexplicably stopped working, causing considerable inconvenience – but also demonstrated a thorough understanding of my situation. Their professionalism and efficiency immediately put me at ease. The electrician who arrived at my home was equally impressive. They took the time to explain the problem clearly and concisely, patiently answering all my questions despite my limited knowledge of electrical systems. This detailed explanation allowed me to fully understand the necessary repairs and the process involved. Their expertise and calm demeanor were truly reassuring. In short, I was deeply impressed by the overall professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness of every individual I interacted with. The entire experience was seamless and stress-free, a rarity these days. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend your company to anyone requiring electrical services, and I will certainly be using your services again in the future.
I finally made the switch from gas to electric and bought myself a Tesla. The home charger was expensive (I went with level 2) and called Mr Electric to do the install. They were overall great, came the same day to give me an estimate the price seemed reasonable so I went ahead and signed their work order on an iPad the gentleman had. They told me they could start the work the next day, that was unexpected but nice, as I am excited to be able to use my home charger finally. Once they finished the work they provided the permit information and all. I was very pleased and my charger is now in my garage working perfectly. Thank you Galen and Cris for prompt and professional service, that isn’t always the case and it is much appreciated.
My electric garage door stopped working suddenly after using it manually for a couple of weeks I was ready to buy a new one and called this company. They came the next day and were even able to supply the machine, that was a nice surprise. The electrician was friendly and I appreciate them making the whole experience easy. Great job
This company is great, they helped me when no other company I called could. I have been trying to install a few outdoor/indoor sconces on my patio, I called a couple of electricians they said that the way my townhouse was built they could not be installed. I was determined so I called Mr Electric & they came out the next day and explained that it would be a difficult install, but not impossible. In two days they had all three sconces up and running. They weren’t even expensive either, I was very impressed by them. If you have a hard or seemingly impossible job don’t give up like I almost did, give them a call.
You may have heard the term dedicated circuit tossed around during an appliance upgrade, but what does it actually mean? A dedicated circuit is a power line reserved for a single appliance or piece of equipment. It’s wired directly to your panel and not shared with anything else. This is a big deal for devices like refrigerators, electric ranges, or washers and dryers. The point is to prevent overloads and reduce fire risk. If you're planning to install a tankless water heater or a garage freezer, skipping a dedicated circuit can lead to bigger issues down the road. Overloaded circuits are one of the top causes of electrical fires in residential homes. Many properties still run on outdated panels and general-use wiring that was never designed for modern loads. When you start adding high-powered appliances, you need to keep your system compliant with code so it’s ready to handle real-world usage. A trained electrician will know how to evaluate your panel and map out which appliances need their own circuits.
Electrical codes change for a reason. When safety data comes in or new technologies become standard, the code updates to reflect that, but most homeowners don’t keep up with those changes. Recent updates require arc-fault circuit interrupters in almost all areas of a home, not just bedrooms, like the older code specified. GFCI protection is now required in more places than before, including basements and laundry areas. These rules are based on actual case studies of where and how fires or electrical injuries happen. If your home is older and hasn’t had a full electrical inspection in the last 10 years, chances are high that it's not fully up to code. Even if everything works, that doesn’t mean it’s safe. Calling an electrician to perform a code compliance review is one of the most valuable services you can invest in. It can help you avoid failed inspections, identify serious safety issues, and increase your home’s resale value. An electrical repair in Morgan Hill might include updating panels and wiring systems that haven’t been looked at in decades. Don’t wait for an emergency to find out you’re out of compliance.
